REGISTRANT REVIEW REQUIRED!!As noted in our NYLA policies below, registrants who are looking to receive member rates on their conference registration must have an active membership at the time they complete their registration. Please note if you have not renewed your NYLA membership or are looking to join the organization for the 2025-2026 membership year, we strongly recommend confirming an active membership BEFORE registration launches at the end of July. Once registration launches, there is often an increase in member requests that delay communications and the office staff cannot guarantee discounted rates past the noted deadlines. Below please find this year's conference registration information and registration policies. We strongly recommend all registrants review all registration policies prior to submitting their completed registration form.
All interested registrants should complete a registration form to attend the event. All NYLA speakers are required to register for the event. A confirmation email will be provided for all forms submitted successfully.
Please note our system does not provide bulk registration options for organizational members and require all members to login to the registration form using their personal profile credentials to submit their registration form. Members that have their organization pay for their registration fee, can submit their registration form and select the Invoice Me option for payment. This checkout option will create an invoice, and an email field will be provided where the registrant can provide the contact of their billing entity. Registration and invoice information will also be available in each registrant’s profile.
Nonmembers should use the New Users email field to submit their registration form. A prospect/user profile will be created once nonmembers submit their registration, and these users can access their registration/billing information from their profile.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
NYLA members are eligible for discounted member rates for NYLA events. Registrants must be active members to receive discounted rates. Registrants will not be provided member rates if their account is not active. Registrations completed with non-member pricing in error will only be changed by the registrant reaching out to the NYLA office at [email protected] prior to registration deadlines listed below. Failure to contact the NYLA office prior to the deadline will result in the registrant being liable for the non-member rate. Special discounted rates are available to NYLA members of the Retired, Trustee, Student, and Friend member types. Members must be active in these designated member types at the time of registration to receive special discounts.
Event registration will close October 10, 2025.
The rates provided below will be honored until the noted deadlines. On-site registration will be available on a first come, first served basis at an increased rate and only credit cards will be accepted for these registrations.
Attendees are required to submit an electronic registration form to attend the event. This registration form serves as a contractual agreement to attend said event and all monetary requirements will be the responsibility of the registering party regardless of attendance and billing entity provided (Bill Later/PO). Registrants are responsible for providing all noted billing entities’ required documentation to finalize payment for their registration. All registration payments must be received within 30 days of receipt of the registration submission. NYLA reserves the right to charge prevailing rates (i.e., Regular) and/or canceling future event registration for lack of payment.
REFUNDS /CANCELLATIONS
Written requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted by October 10, 2025, to [email protected].
Registrations will not be “swapped” for alternate attendees. Registrants who have paid their registration fee and wish to cancel their registration, can use the paid fee to cover an alternate registrant fee. A written request must be made to the office at [email protected] to set this up by the October 11 deadline.
After the October 10, 2025, deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued and no registration changes will be made. Registrants who do not attend the Conference and fail to submit a written request of cancellation by October 10th will be liable for their entire conference fee.
